• Layout: portrait (vertical)
  • Maximum dimensions: 1.2 m (height) × 1.0 m (width). If needed, you can have a longer poster (in height) to have a standard poster size, note that the bottom will not be attached to the board, but will still be visible. 
  • You will be able to hang your poster in the morning of the day of your assigned poster session (we will provide materials for this). Please remove them when the day is over. 
  • There will be two dedicated poster presentation sessions, scheduled for Monday, June 9, and Tuesday, June 10.
